About the Owner
Dave Michael, our owner, graduated from a carpenter apprenticeship with the Local Union program where he gained his knowledge and hands-on experience on what it takes for a residential or commercial building structure and its components to last.
Before that, he learned how to apply various practices and building codes that the state of Iowa uses today. Dave has spent his time finding the right subcontractors who will help in completing any kind of project.
